Reset, recharge, revive! Take a short break away from your cares and worries to nourish yourself with good food, fresh air, beautiful surroundings and nature. Nurture yourself with yoga, meditation, bush walks and laughter. Bring your togs to swim in the crystal-clear waters and discover our favourite beaches. You will be completely cared for in a clean, safe environment at WHY Retreat. Your reset retreat will allow you time to take a breath, stop the clock for 5 days and unwind the tension. You will leave feeling positive and relaxed with a new lease on life.
Your package includes 4 nights’ accommodation (private room or bring a friend and share your room), breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as all the activities. Meals are vegetarian, freshly made with produce sourced locally and other dietary requirements can be catered for. If you would like to book a massage this can be arranged for an extra cost.
PROGRAM:

Thursday – arrival (3-5pm), hike, yoga, meditation
Friday – Outdoor Yoga (weather permitting), hike, afternoon activity (yoga or workshop), mediation
Saturday – Yoga Flow, hike, afternoon activity (yoga or workshop), mediation
Sunday - Relaxing Yoga, hike, afternoon activity (yoga or workshop), mediation
Monday - Sunrise yoga and swim, optional morning hike, midday departure

NOTE – Your health and safety are protected at WHY. We undertake strict cleaning protocols and attention to physical distancing. Shared rooms are available for friends and family, otherwise you will enjoy a private room. Prices are per room, in NZ dollars.
