3 Nights with Traditional Yoga and Nature!


For a short break that will feel much longer, join us for this SHORT RELAXATION retreat. 
Beginners will find this retreat the perfect introduction to a regular yoga and meditation practice. For those already familiar with yoga, the workshops provide insights to help deepen your practice. Instruction on yoga theory and philosophy, as well as a nutrition workshop can be included along with daily yoga and meditation classes. 
A balance of free time and guided hiking or solitary beach walks will make up the remainder of your time to explore the beautiful surrounding area at Whangarei Heads. Don’t forget to bring your togs to enjoy the surrounding beaches or take a dip in crystal clear water. Meals are delicious, freshly prepared vegetarian cuisine, with options for other dietary requirements.

PROGRAM: - arrival Thursday or Friday

Day 1– afternoon arrival and orientation, dinner, introduction to meditation
Day 2– morning Introduction to Traditional Yoga, lunch, afternoon hike, dinner, meditation
Day 3 – morning yoga, nutrition workshop and lunch, medicine cards, dinner, meditation
Day 4 – morning yoga, lunch, afternoon hike, check out


NOTE – Your health and safety are protected at WHY. We undertake strict cleaning protocols and attention to physical distancing. Shared rooms are available for friends and family, otherwise you will enjoy a private room. Prices are per room, in NZ dollars.
